A very blue mama!!!

this was probably one of the most make-up looks to do....because my littles were so excited to see me blue! They sat with me the whole time I filmed the video....laughing at blue mama! Jordan even took a picture with my phone and took it across the street to show his friend!
me and Blaker in my office....he's sitting in the Big Kahuna, office man chair! ha ha ha
getting kisses from Lanzi!!! (notice me and Lanzi both have matching braids!)
Blaker and and his "silky"....his blanky which my mom made for him....just basically a big piece of satiny fabric....giving me kisses!

I love these little people so much....their swirl so much love around my heart......I'd give up all my sleep to comfort them nights when they can't sleep....run back and forth to get countless numbers of "knackies" (snackies) all day.....and fill endless cups of water and blueberry juice! I'll fish countless numbers of objects Blaker throws in the toilet....and give countless compliments to grow their hearts big.....and tell them how talented they are to grow their dreams bigger than they know....and give neverending hugs to grow their happiness and smiles!

Snow Park..

mission: build a sledding hill in the front yard....
I was sweating after about 45 minutes of moving snow from the sidewalk and street..and just wehn I finished...the kids decided they didn't want to sled anymore...they just wanted me to push them to the park in the stroller....
SIDENOTE: the sidewalks are covered in snow...as was, all the "equipment" at the park

So...what better than to run through the snow....I pushed them all the way to the park, as fast as my little legs would move us all!

After everyone had swung, slid, and climbed...I made another fast dash home...with promises of making hot chocolate as soon as we got home....

I placed cold people in front of the fireplace as I mixed up 2 teacups of hot chocolate....Blaker drank his whole cup in one big gulping...and then fell fast alseep!

Blaker told me my name was: Kandee Machine! And thought is was hilarious!

After our teriyaki taco feast....Alani helped me make chocolate pudding and homemade whipped cream...our first try wasn't successfull...then I realized I had gotten half & half instead of whipping cream! (good thing I had 2 spare cartons of whipping cream in the fridge! never know when you're gonna need whipped cream!)
nothin' better than jammies on, and whipped cream and pudding on your face...
I think Blaker had more pudding on his face than anywhere else! ha ha ha

And Lanzi said, I'm the best mom in the whole world, when I snuzzled her into bed.....and my hearts melts....

date night & bad pictures

Jordan's picture of me from across the table
Jordan, doing the usual..."escaping the paparazzi" hand pose.....but in this case it was the "mom-arazzi"! ha ha ha
we're not sure what pose this was....

It is not that often than just my first born and I get to go on a "date night" together...so when JOrdan said, "hey mom, we should go out to dinner"....

I practically started jumping up and down!!! Hooray, you want to go to dinner with me...just me, no friends, just you and me!!!!! "Where do you want to go eat! I'll take you anywhere!!!!"

I remember when he was about 3, I said, "You're the apple of my eye!" (meaning the best thing in the whole world to me!)....and he replied, very seriously, "And you're the carrot of me!"....I'm glad I still get to be the "carrot of him" every once in a while! And my heart melts whenever I overhear him talking about how "awesome" I am to his friends.

He said he wanted to go to this italian place that's about 45 minutes away......I said, "Where ever you wanna go, we're goin'!"....so 48 minutes later we were eating large portions of bread and olive oil...and Jordan kept picking the best flavors of Italian Soda, I tried to pick good ones and mine just kept tasting like soda water!....they were endless refills!!! yay!

We had the best time laughing, singing...in the car....and his favorite is when I do my "norwegian" accent-voice...and call him "Yanni" or "J-Yourdan", and I interview him.....we both end up laughing til' we cry!

He's been my little companion for almost 13 years now.....I think there is a special humor and silliness you have with your kids that is unlike any other relationship you'll ever have! I've been entertaining this lil' guy since I first saw his precious face! My heart melted and has never been the same since I knew he was growing a little angel in my "tummy garden"!

I've wanted to be a mommy all my life...there is no greater job than taking care of a little soul that God created!

I love you JORDAN!

Snowbunnies....

nothing like the wonder of snow...from tiny eyes, filled with excitement...and hands carrying mittens for me to put on....

we watched the snow fall...."snowboarded" with the tiny "snowboard" that Blaker got for Christmas from Nana....

and then we made Enchilada Casserole, which I just made up out of things in the kitchen...(Rosie's Chicken - it's organic, natural, and free range....I did a demo for them once in a Whole Foods in LA...ha ha ha...and fell in love with their company!)....Organic Tortillas from Whole Foods...and some Mole Sauce (it's like a mexican chocolate sauce...sooooo good!)...and lots of sharp cheddar cheese....

I layered...
Tortillas.....mole sauce....chicken....cheese.....torillas....mole sauce...chicken....cheese...tortilla...mole sauce...and lots more cheese!

It was really good.......

And then what better way to finish off a snowy day, than by baking chocolate chip cookies!

I told them stories about things the wanted in the story:
motorcyles, strawberry shortcake, bicycles...and I forget what the last thing was....

I sang several rounds of "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star"....and I woke up asleep on the floor hours later...ha ha ha ha

It was wonderful!

blaker and cousin, Sydney, playing in grammy's kitchen, while we were gingerbread decoratin' fools! ha ha ha
my gingerbread mansion.....which I started to hate everything I did to it..ha ha ha I stole the candy corn idea from my brother-in-law, Byron...ha ha ha...and the candy cane in gumdrop idea, from my sister....or they were "sharing" their creative genius with me! ha ha ha
Lanzi posing in her Santa outfit, which is a size 3t and she wears a 5 now! ha ha ha...It's her dress from last year...but she insisted on wearing it again..and I love her pose, by the way! ha ha

Santa, Throw up, and poop hands....

this is Blaker...the last edition to my child collection...he is sweet, sensitive, and sometimes scared of dogs and or dogs barking....(this was his after his Santa visit/photo shoot, and right before he threw up in the car)
this was blaker rocking out on the "glamour girl" store , stage....(again..right before the poop hands incident)
so here it what we got...after waiting in line for over a 45 minutes (which was great compared to the poor suckers that had to wait 2 and a half hours earlier in the night)..
this is what happened in line:
I notice an odd odor
I notice blakers dipey is filled with liquidy poop
I notice blaker stick his hands down his diaper and pull out 2 poop-covered hands!!!
OMG----was a perfect text-clamation!
I quickly clean his hands with the gloves in my purse...and cleaner
(NO WAY were we gonna get out of line now! ha ha ha)
we pose...the girls gets a better picture with my iphone, than the $20 wallets pics with my eyes half closed!
blaker goes to give santa a kiss...poor santa had to smell him again! (This Santa has worked everyday, 7 days a week, for the last 45 days straight, in the mall, as santa....they don't want tkids to come back and see a diff santa!)

blaker about to do another-hand-down-the-pants-move!
and on the way..throw up....all over the place....
I cleaned my car, the carseat, gave blaker a bath, and then he didn't sleep all night long....I watched the clock every hour as I got water and apple slices all night long....
my cuddle bear is asleep on my bed...and I got to clean the kitchen, wrap 2 more presents...and type a this blog.....
now I'm off to make dinner....whew

breakfast of champions...

the happiest mornings start off with any and/or all, of these people smiling at me...
and then I must rush with the speed of a nascar pit-crew, to go whip up a breakfast, or "nacky" (snacky) for Blaker and the rest of the gang...
nothing is better than seeing all my littles smiling and laughing around the table

breakfast of choice...and daily favorite...WAFFLES and pure Maple syrup...dripped right from a tree into a little glass bottle...I'm sure of it!!!!

Alanzi...in her new favorite jammy...the footie jammie!

Blaker carefully pokes his waffle...

the whole gang...oh how i love em!
